Privacy Policy

Habfab builds apps that respect your attention and your data. This policy covers how our apps handle information. Where an app's practices differ, it says so in context.
What we collect
Crash and error reports. We use Sentry to catch crashes and bugs. Sentry collects the device type, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace of what went wrong. It does not collect your name, email, or the content of anything you type or record.
Subscription and purchase data. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. RevenueCat receives a device identifier, your subscription status, and purchase receipts processed by the App Store or Google Play. Habfab does not see your payment card details — those stay with Apple or Google.
Voice recordings and transcripts. In Peace Alarm, voice recordings from evening reflections are stored on your device only. They are never transmitted to Habfab or any third party.
Usage data. We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g. which screens are visited, how often features are used) to understand how the app is working. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.
Accounts
Some Habfab apps require an account; some don't. Peace Alarm does not require an account. If you create an account in another Habfab app, we collect your email address and basic profile information to authenticate you. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising.
Third-party services

- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and app distribution.
Data retention
On-device data (recordings, transcripts, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Crash reports are retained by Sentry for 90 days. Subscription records are retained by RevenueCat as required by their policy.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
